Adrian is an Eagle Scout (95') from Troop 31, Cour Street United Methodist Church, Flint, Michigan. Troop 31 is a storied unit that has been in operation for over 90 years, turning many young men into Eagle Scouts. It was here that Adrian was taught and learned the meaning and value of Scouting. Adrian is an Army Veteran and Graduate of the University of Michigan GO BLUE!
Adrian founded Pack and Troop 008 to spread lessons of preparedness and leadership to the youth of Rainier Valley. Adrian can be seen many a summer days ripping through the South End of Seattle on his motorcycle (wave if you see him). He is into active/fitness lifestyle and is a competitive weightlifter. He loves and is proud to be a Seattlite and its communities and people.
Adrian is the jack of all trades for the unit, doing whatever it takes to make sure the job is done. He makes sure that every boy in the Troop is provided with a great experience and that they are learning. His primary objective is to ensure the boys have the guidance they need to be successful in the program.
Marcus is an Eagle Scout (03') from Troop 29, Waterloo, IA. Marcus is a Navy veteran and University of Washington graduate. He enjoys exploring the PNW, grilling outdoors, playing rugby, softball, and planning his next great adventure around the world.
Marcus is in charge of planning the program for the boys, and is the logistics extraordinaire for all Troop's outings. His primary objective is to ensure the boys have the structure they need to be successful in the program.
Michael is an Eagle Scout (00') from Troop 29, Waterloo, IA and is a graduate of the University of Iowa. He enjoys spending time with his family, backpacking, playing softball, reading, keeping up on the news, politics and volunteering in the community.
Michael manages all of Troop 008's records and helps coordinate their various communications platforms. His primary objective is to ensure all families have the opportunity to participate and everything goes off without a hitch.
Brandon is an Eagle Scout (10') from Troop 93 out of Hattiesburg, Mississippi. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi, where he was inducted into the Student Hall of Fame and appointed as the first African American recipient of the President Harry S. Truman Scholarship.
As a recent Seattle transplant, Brandon spends most of his time exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, camping, back packing, and working with young men of color. He's a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and is currently a primary teacher in the Federal Way Public School District.
Brandon heads up our recruiting and community outreach efforts. His primary objective is to ensure we have a continuous stream of Scouts entering the program and helping guide them throughout their journey.
